Nissan 370Z Rendering From Japanese Car Mag

Hopefully, the rendering of the next-generation Nissan Z coupe that was scanned from a Japanese car magazine by a forum member over at Fresh Alloy, will have little to do with the real “Z” that’s expected to break cover in the next year or so. Leaving the Japanese car magazine’s design proposition aside, it seems that all sources tend to agree that the successor to the acclaimed 350Z coupe & roadster models will be powered by the same 3.7-liter V6 engine that debuted in the Infiniti G37.

2009 Nissan 350Z Renderings

One of Carscoop’s favorite sports cars, the Nissan 350Z, is heading for a serious overhaul in 2009. Up until now, we’ve only seen test mules based in the current Z that don’t reveal much anyway. And since we’re just speculating, here’s what we’ve heard about the 2009 350Z: Nissan will use a slightly modified version of the current Z platform that will feature wider tracks and a retuned suspension; power will come from an upgraded version of Nissan’s 3.5-liter V6 that will probably make over 330 Hp and finally, it’s expected that Nissan will revise the interior in terms of quality and design as it is without doubt, the 350Z’s biggest weak spot.

Nissan 350Z Limited Racing Edition Released

Don’t you just love sports cars in polar white? We certainly do, and if the particular sports car happens to be the recently updated Nissan 350Z with the new 313Hp 3.5-litre V6, its love at first sight. Apart from its exclusive metallic white paintjob, this limited edition 350Z that was launched today by Nissan Germany has a few extra features hidden up its sleeves.

Dubbed “Racing Edition”, this particular “Z” pays tribute to the racing 350Z GT4. It’s equipped with contrasting black colored 19-inch rims in 235/35 (front) and 255/35 (back) Dunlop tires and a fully adjustable Bilstein suspension that enables the user to adjust the vehicle's ride height by adjusting the threaded shock bodies (front) and the threaded rear spring perch (rear). Nissan has also fitted the special edition 350Z with a Cobra muffler. Finally, all cars will bear an interior plaque with the signatures of the Nurburgring drivers Kurt Thiim, Holger Eckhardt, Nicole Lüttecke und Tim Schrick. The base price for the 350Z Limited Racing Edition in Germany is €48.590 or about $66.200.
