Hilarious: Civilian Scolds NYC Cop For Parking Violation!

A native New Yorker who has given himself the name “Jimmy Justice” goes around NYC pinning law enforcement officials for actually breaking the very laws they are suppose to be enforcing capturing the entire encounter on video tape.

Although there are a few videos made of these encounter, this particular one is our favorite. The so-called “Jimmy Justice” witnesses a NYC traffic agent park her official vehicle in front of a fire hydrant and proceeds into a supermarket. For the very reason that parking in front of a fire hydrant is prohibited, ironically, a fire breaks out across the street and fire officials are unable to access the pump. Jimmy Justice sure does give her a scolding, to say the least.
